Advertising your Property

We will advertise your property on this web site showing photographs and a full description of facilities offered. We will provide a link to your own web site if you have one. We will take bookings for you and promote your property to ensure that you get the maximum return for your investment. You will be kept informed of the current bookings and will therefore be in a position to fill empty weeks with friends and family if you wish.

Meet and Greet

We will meet your guests on arrival at an easy to find location and take them to your property. We can then show them the facilities available and give some general information about the local area. They will be given our contact details in case of any problems.

Car hire and airport pickup can be arranged if needed.

House and Pool Maintenance

We will take on full responsibility for the general upkeep of your property and will inform you of any maintenance requirements. We are in contact with reliable and professional plumbers, electricians and builders if any repairs are required or in case of emergencies.

We provide a full swimming pool care service which includes twice weekly visits in the summer months. We will ensure that your pool water is clean and safe for healthy bathing.

A gardening service can be provided if necessary.

Changeovers

You can be sure that your property will be spotlessly clean and tidy ready for the arrival of your guests. All floors will be mopped, all surfaces dusted and all bathrooms cleaned. Beds will be made and clean towels provided if you wish to offer this service.  All linen will be washed and ready for the next guests. We will also provide a mid stay change of bedding which is always required in the hot summer months.

Welcome Pack

A welcome pack of food can be provided as many guests arrive on Saturdays only to find all shops closed on Sunday. This always gives a good start to their stay and provides a good breakfast for their first morning. Champagne and flowers can be provided if you have honeymoon guests.

We can also provide a general information pack for your property detailing local shops and restaurants and giving some ideas for things to do and places to see.
