This lovely town house is on one level and the front door opens into a large through lounge and dining room which is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave and 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single. The bathroom has a small bath with shower over. The double bedroom has a small open naya with a washing machine. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the house will sleep 5 people comfortably. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove for winter warmth and stairs lead up to a large roof terrace with comfortable covered seating area.

This is a cool and comfortable house in a quiet area with the advantage of street parking outside the house. The centre of town is only a 10 minute walk away and the beautiful San Roque square is 5 minutes walk.
