The lounge has a TV with DVD and a radio/cassette player. To the front of the apartment is a large terrace with table and chairs and a pull down awning for shade from the Summer sun. Outside is ample parking both to the front and to the rear of the building.

The apartment is in an excellent location only 4 minutes walk from the beach and is on the bus route of the Oliva town bus which runs every 15 minutes in the Summer months.
