Oliva is a town of about 21,000 people situated in the Valencia region of Spain just north of the Costa Blanca. This is in the heart of the orange growing area and the town is surrounded by acres of orange groves which perfume the air with the delicate smell of orange blossom in the springtime.
The old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with white washed Spanish town houses. A walk around the town will bring you to gardens, fountains and monuments as well as some fabulous architecture and the beautiful blue domed churches of St. Roc and Sta. Ana. |
