The finca is on the edge of the village of Rotova which is only a 5 minute drive from the life of Gandia and 15 minutes from Oliva and the blue flag beaches.

A short stroll down the lane into Rotova gives you bakers, a butcher, mini supermarket, cash machine and bars/cafes as well as a tourist information.

Surrounded by orange groves, the finca has parking for four cars, and the established garden has orange, lemon, olive and many palm trees surrounding the kidney shaped pool with views over Rotova and the valley beyond. The secluded courtyard between the finca and the casita (an old outbuilding full of character) is ideal for alfresco dining on the giant table. All the outside furniture is teak and new for 2010.

The finca has a large lounge/diner with full air conditioning and British satellite TV, kitchen, utility room, bathroom and two twin rooms downstairs. Upstairs is a king size bedroom with air conditioning, a double room, a twin room and two further bathrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans.
