"This is a very well equipped, comfortable home from home suitable for families or adults, although not those with walking difficulties as this is a typical hillside spanish town with very steep roads. The position of the house gives far reaching views from the roof terrace where I could imagine spending summer evenings with a cold glass of wine and it would be possible to exist by just using the supermarket, butchers and bars in San Roc square.

The house has plenty to keep everyone happy including a full size table tennis table, dvd players and TV’s, books and games and the real bonus is a garage for your car  as anyone who has ever stayed in a hillside Spanish town will know how narrow the streets are and how hard it is to park anywhere.

Having stayed here at the coldest part of the year and liking it, I imagine it would be wonderful in the middle of summer. I would recommend this house for anyone who wants to visit Benidorm, Valencia or other tourist spots but prefers to stay in a relaxing, homely environment in a typical old spanish town"

Stunning townhouse in the heart of Oliva old town which has been renovated to the highest standard throughout. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6

Situated in a quiet street near San Roque square, this is a most beautiful house with some very unusual features.

The entrance hall leads to a large and modern, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads round to the dining area with seating for 6. There is a bathroom with shower on this floor.

From the entrance hall, either take stairs down to a large sun-lit atrium courtyard (ideal for either quiet reading or parties and entertaining, depending on your mood); or take stairs up to the spacious first floor sun terrace which has unobstructed panoramic views across the orange groves to the sea and the mountains in the distance. On the lower, atrium level, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, second shower room and a light, airy lounge. Double doors from the lounge lead out to the terrace which has a table and chairs and sun loungers. This house has a garage as well as on street parking outside.
