It is approached by a private road and has panoramic views across the terraced orange groves down to the Mediterranean sea. The arched terrace area allows you to sit during the day listening to the sound of the birds and in the evening, provides a covered eating area. The landscaped garden includes mature almond trees, topiary, a large lawn area and beautiful plants including wisteria and bougainvillea. The sunbathing terrace invites you to top up your sun tan before taking a dip in the large swimming pool. Through the electric gates there is ample secure parking and the children’s play area includes a tree house, swing, slide and zip line. The hot tub, situated in a secluded area of the grounds, comfortably seats 6 people. The villa has full central heating and air conditioning in the living areas.
